1. General Information & Scope

Welcome to Satishree Jewellers ("Website", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our e-commerce portal, mobile web application, gold rate lock services, Swarna Bachat savings schemes, and 24K digital gold vault holdings.

2. Product Catalog, Prices & Live Gold Rate Lock

All jewelry product prices displayed on our website are calculated dynamically based on live gold bullion market prices, metal karatage (24K, 22K, 18K, 14K), labor making charges, gemstone valuation, and applicable Government 3% GST.

• Prices are subject to daily updates in accordance with prevailing bullion market rates.
• 30-Day Rate Lock: Customers reserving gold rates via advance payment bind the price for 30 calendar days regardless of subsequent market surges.

3. Swarna Bachat 12+1 Monthly Savings Plan Rules

Subscribers participating in our Swarna Bachat 12+1 Monthly Savings Program agree to the following operational guidelines:

• Installment payments must be remitted continuously for 12 consecutive months.
• Upon successful completion of 12 paid monthly installments, Satishree Jewellers will credit 100% of the 13th month installment as a free loyalty bonus.
• Premature termination before 12 months will forfeit the 13th month bonus credit, and accumulated funds can be redeemed only for gold jewelry equal to paid contributions.
• Cash refunds for savings plan deposits are strictly prohibited under Indian bullion regulations.

4. 24K Digital Gold Storage & Redemption

Digital Gold purchased via our portal represents 1:1 physical gold of 99.99% pure 24K bullion stored securely in independent insured vaults managed by state trustees (IDBI Trusteeship Services):

• Digital Gold holdings may be accumulated starting from ₹100 or 0.01 grams.
• Holdings can be converted to physical gold coins or hallmarked jewelry online or at any Satishree showroom upon identity verification.

5. BIS Hallmark Certification & Lifetime Exchange

Every gold ornament sold by Satishree Jewellers is certified 100% BIS 916 Hallmarked with HUID laser registration. We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy where gold weight is valued at 100% prevailing market rate at the time of exchange.

6. Shipping, Insured Transit & Returns

All online shipments are sent via 100% insured transit courier partners. Customers receive a tamper-evident sealed package. We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on non-customized stock items provided security tags remain intact.
